Unexpected City Revealed as Possible Relocation Spot for Arizona Coyotes
New possible suitors have entered the picture as the Arizona Coyotes’ future becomes more and more uncertain.
The Arizona Coyotes’ future was discussed on the 32 Thoughts podcast, which is hosted by NHL insiders Elliotte Friedman and Jeff Marek.
Friedman on 32TP says IF the arena vote is no in Arizona this week, does the NHL go to Mat Ishbia and say, can we do something here? Yes we have to re-do your arena, but there is big money at the end of it for you. Do we have a partnership here?

It appears that the partnership the Coyotes currently have is starting to fracture and if it does, it could result in the Arizona Coyotes relocating somewhere else.
A couple places were recommended, and they are really surprising!

The NHL intends to keep its teams in America and other warm regions, as indicated by the fact that all of these destinations are in southern regions.
With each city having an NFL, NBA, MLS, or MLB team to their name, the areas on the list have all demonstrated their potential to host sports teams.
Though it is obvious that a city like Quebec would undoubtedly be better fandom-wise than any of the other cities listed for a hockey team, it raises the question of whether the NHL is attempting to exclude Canadian markets from having future NHL teams.
