Ottawa Senators Ownership Talks Heat Up as Another Celebrity Expresses Interest
High profile individuals, most notably actor Ryan Reynolds, have shown a lot of interest in the Ottawa Senators, who are presently up for sale. Nevertheless, it appears that another A-list actor is now considering Ottawa.
Look at what TSN’s Brent Wallace and Yahoo Sports say about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s interest in joining the ownership group that purchases the Senators:

When participating on the radio program Coming in hot, Wallace claims that The Rock is interested in joining Neko Sparks Group, which is now willing to pay more than 950 million dollars to acquire the Senators.
“One of the biggest, well-known people on the planet could possibly be a part of the face of your franchise. I think that’s a pretty big deal, and I think the Neko Sparks group has him in their corner”
If Neko Sports Group were to purchase the Senators, there is a chance that Reynolds might join them because Johnson and Reynolds are close friends.
We’ll see how this develops, but it would be amazing to see The Rock and Reynolds as a member of the Sens’ new ownership group.
