Humiliating Scene as Connor Bedard Gets Crushed in a Recreational Adults Roller Hockey League
Connor Bedard is well known for his on-ice dominance. It’s a huge part of why he’s the unanimous 1st overall pick in the upcoming NHL Entry Draft. While he has forgone the option to play in any off-season tournaments, he has participated in an adult roller hockey league with some of his friends.
It’s not often you hear about Connor Bedard getting shut down, but that seems to be the case here in this Men’s roller hockey tournament. Connor Bedard, along with fellow 2023 draft-eligible Andrew Cristall, and Blue Jackets prospect Kent Johnson, have found themselves on the losing end of multiple games in this roller hockey league.
Still not sure how a team with Connor Bedard, #CBJ Kent Johnson and #2023NHLDraft Andrew Cristall is 0-2. #NSIHL

Even if it is quite likely that Bedard and his buddies aren’t going all out and taking a risk for a roller hockey match, it’s strange that average folks are defeating professional hockey players.
The choice to compete in this competition is somewhat dubious because none of these young athletes want to take a chance on getting hurt. We fans can’t influence their choices, but we really hope none of them miss a lot of time due to a roller hockey injury.
