Flyers Claim Adam Hall off Waivers
The Flyers have claimed forward Adam Hall off waivers from the Tampa Bay Lightning. The 32 year old forward appeared in 20 games for the Bolts this season where he notched four assists. He averaged over just ten minutes of ice time per game.
Hall also played six games with the Carolina Hurricanes this season (after Tampa put him on waivers for the first time) where he failed to register a point.
The 32 year was sitting second among all Tampa Bay forwards in shorthanded time on ice per game (2:11) before getting moved. He was also fifth overall among all forwards in hits. Hall is also a decent faceoff man, winning 56.4 percent of his draws.
His best season came in 2005-2006 with the Nashville Predators where he put up 14 goals and 29 points in 75 games. Overall, Hall has 65 goals and 147 points in 591 career NHL games.
