VIDEO: Mike Babcock’s memorable press conference after Game 6 win over Boston
The Toronto Maple Leafs and head coach Mike Babcock delivered a Game 6 victory, 3-1, on Monday night at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, and when the city needed something to cheer for most.
The Maple Leafs entered the contest trailing the Boston Bruins 3-2 in Round One of the 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs, and in a memorable effort banded together in front of the hometown fans to force a deciding Game 7.
After the win, Babcock addressed the attending media during the coach’s usual postgame press conference. Not only did the city of Toronto need a win on Monday night from its beloved Maple Leafs, but also Babcock’s words of wisdom that he delivered in the postgame.

Babcock’s postgame presser is already a memorable one, but chances are that if Toronto completes the series comeback against Boston (trailed 3-1) — most will look back on a memory which was created at the Air Canada Centre on one spring night in April.
Toronto and the Bruins are set to face-off in Game 7 at 7:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 25, in Boston (NBCSN, NESN).
