Leafs Quarterly Review: Fan Reactions Depicted by Mike Babcock Facial Expressions

The Leafs began the season losing 9 of 10 games in October and while we can’t say it came as a surprise, we’re all still like:

Leo Komarov was leading the team in scoring

and Peter Holland was a healthy scratch.

Games were blown in the final minutes of play,

and Nazem Kadri just could not find the back of the net.

But suddenly the Leafs won 3 in a row and everyone starting tossing the “P” word around

…until Jonathan Bernier let in a muffin from center ice

and our tolerance levels declined to here:

Our spirits were lifted when Naz finally got off the schneid

and it was refreshing to see us playing as a team!

But then James Reimer got hurt in practice and reality came crashing down.

Hey, at least we can always look to Morgan Rielly to make us feel better.
